Monsters and misfits
I was surprised with how much I actually like the project. For me, being able to have the freedom that I was allowed to have as an artist and being able to draw something for an English class, was honestly something I’ve never done my whole time in High school, and I’m actually really happy that I did get to do it for this type of project. I loved drawing the Adorable Alien because of how simple I got to make it and how less stressful it was compared to any other projects I’ve done in my past English classes. Therefore I thank you for such a fun project in an English class.
I learned that well, finals don’t have to be stupidly hard or over the top. I found this one to be a easy going final that was amazing to have. I think this shows our ability to create a piece of work from what we’ve learned in class better than taking a test or writing a traditional paper. That’s what I learned. I really think standard tests are boring for finals and a final really should be a more creative way to show what you’ve learned over the course of a class.
Strongest parts, has to be the idea of it because I’m so proud with the idea and the creativity it allowed me to have with my idea. It’s my art style, so that’s why I love it. It was how I wanted it to be and no one else’s way. The simplicity of the work and the lack of color is what I love, and it is really like my signature style, that why it’s my strongest. My weakest part of it is probably the layout of the story, I kind of wish I had a better way to display it but over all. I think I’ve done the best I can with what I’ve got in Weebly, but I think being able to turn in a hard copy would be more visually pleasing for my type of work.
what grade do i deserve? I’m thinking I deserve an A- or a B+ just because it’s good in my opinion, but I think it could be better, which I why I plan to go back and add to it
